Commercially available general-purpose containers can be repurposed as cell culture containers. By coating the cell culture substrates, the speed of cell culture can also be accelerated. Furthermore, during passaging, enzymes like trypsin are not needed, as cells can be scraped off with a cell scraper, making it suitable for automation. Coated containers can be sterilized using gamma rays or electron beams. The concentration of the coating solution's components has an optimal level depending on the cells. Please inquire about changes in concentration. It is ideal for coating containers needed for large-scale cell culture, such as cultured meat, which is expected in the future.
